What is coaching and how is it different from counseling?

Coaching is a collaborative process that empowers you to make lasting changes to your overall well being.  Coaching  focuses on the present and future. The timeframe is typically short term with sessions lasting a few months to a year. 

As your coach, I will support you in setting and achieving your personal goals through:

Personalized goal setting, Action Planning, Accountability and Support and Empowerment. I address a wide range of concerns including: weight management, stress reduction, quitting smoking, substance abuse and many more.
